What is this tool

  • โœ“ Explorational content grounded in cited research
  • โœ“ A structured AI-exploration tool for people to use alongside their existing care
  • โœ“ A map of subcognitive patterns that may relate to weight regulation โ€” clearly labeled as a proposed model, based on well known research facts
  • โœ“ Every scientific claim is linked to its source

Why we built it this way

The research on allostatic load (McEwen, 1998), epigenetic programming (Weaver et al., 2004), and the ACE study (Felitti et al., 1998) converges on a finding that clinical practice rarely has time to address: the systems that regulate weight are shaped by experiences that precede conscious memory.

Your patients know this intuitively. They have tried every diet. They are not lacking information โ€” they may be missing a framework for understanding why their body responds the way it does.

This tool offers that framework โ€” nothing more.

For clinicians interested in the underlying model: The theoretical framework behind this tool โ€” Neural Pathway Competition for Conscious Ignition โ€” is described in a research preprint currently under submission. It addresses the specific question of why individuals with comparable early-adversity exposure develop different adult physiological profiles. We will add the link here upon publication. In the meantime, the research base is fully cited at feelogica.com/science.

What you and your patients can receive

After completing a short open-ended questionnaire, the result is an internal pattern map โ€” a report identifying subcognitive patterns that may be influencing the relationship with weight, grounded in the research literature.

The report is clearly framed as knowledge content, not clinical guidance. It includes a reminder to discuss findings with their physician.

We designed it to listen to you.

We encourage specific clinical collaborations.
